Yes! Look around you. You are surrounded by your friends, colleagues, officemates and the like. Connection is just what you need. You come in different provinces so why not use that fact for you and your buddies to have fun. Plan a barkada outing, an overnight to their place. Filipinos, being naturally hospitable, won’t mind and would be glad to show and share to you the cultures of their place. You didn’t just had the adventure of a lifetime, you also earned a deeper friendship.
Like we did with my barkada in the office. One lives in Batangas so we planned to have an overnight to to her place in Cuenca and have a hiking early the next day. Batangas is not only known with its beaches but also because of the various mountains that you can find there; and the mountain that we chose was Mt. Maculot.
